Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions and procedures for using the information services provided by this site, as well as the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users and of the operator.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • Site: the website on which these Terms are posted.
  • User: any person who accesses the site to view information or to submit an enquiry.
  • Content: all materials provided by the site, including documents, images and tables.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect once they are posted on the site. The operator may amend the Terms where necessary, and will announce the effective date and the details of any amendment on the site.

Article 4 (Scope of the Service)

The site provides general information relating to Canadian visa and eTA applications, and receives and responds to user enquiries.

Article 5 (Nature of the Information and Limits of Liability)

  • The information provided by the site is general information current as at the time of writing, and does not constitute legal advice on any individual case.
  • Whether a visa is approved, and whether entry is permitted, is decided by the Canadian government's assessment, and the site does not guarantee the outcome.
  • Rules, fees and processing times may change, so please check the latest official guidance before you actually apply.

Article 6 (Obligations of the User)

  • Users must not misuse another person's information or submit false information.
  • Users must not engage in conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the site.
  • Users must not reproduce or distribute the content without authorisation, or use it for commercial purposes.

Article 7 (Copyright)

Copyright in the content posted on the site belongs to the operator, and the content may not be reproduced, transmitted or distributed without prior consent.

Article 8 (Suspension of the Service)

The operator may temporarily suspend the service where there are unavoidable reasons for doing so, such as system maintenance, repair of equipment, or a natural disaster.

Article 9 (Resolution of Disputes)

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms, the operator and the user will resolve it through good-faith discussion. If no agreement is reached, the governing law and jurisdiction will be stated in this clause once the operating entity has been confirmed.
